Terms & Conditions

The basis on which we provide our service and you use this site.

Last updated: 24 July 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and set out the basis on which we provide leaflet design, print and distribution services. They are between you and FlyerDrop, a trading name of Salisbury Media Group Ltd, company number 15694909, registered office 9 Althrey Court, Overton Road, Bangor on Dee, Wrexham, LL13 0DA (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Using this website

The content on this site is for general information about our services. Prices shown, including any instant quotes generated by our calculator, are indicative and are confirmed in a written quote before any work begins. We may update the site and these terms at any time.

Quotes and campaigns

A contract is formed when we confirm your campaign in writing (for example by email) and, where applicable, you have paid any agreed deposit. Each confirmed campaign sets out the leaflet quantity, distribution area, distribution type (shared or solus), timings and price. Turnaround times are estimates and depend on receiving approved artwork on time.

Design, print and approval

Where we produce creative for you, you are responsible for checking and approving proofs before print. Once you approve artwork for print, we are not liable for errors within that approved artwork. You confirm that any content, logos or images you supply do not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Distribution and GPS proof of delivery

We distribute leaflets door to door within the agreed area using GPS-tracked walkers, with supervised back-checking of a sample of each walk, and provide a proof-of-delivery report. Leaflet distribution reaches households but we cannot guarantee that every individual reads or responds to a leaflet, and we do not guarantee any particular sales or response result. Some addresses (for example those with “no leaflets” or “no junk mail” notices, or that are inaccessible) may reasonably be excluded.

Payment and deposits

Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice, and all prices are subject to VAT where applicable. For one-off campaigns we ask for a deposit of 25% of the campaign price (subject to a minimum of £50) to confirm and secure your booking; this deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is invoiced once we have confirmed your final areas and quantities, and is payable before your leaflets are distributed. We may pause or withhold delivery where invoices are overdue.

Cancellation and changes

If you need to change or cancel a booked campaign, contact us as soon as possible. Any deposit you have paid is non-refundable. Because print and distribution are arranged ahead of time, costs already incurred (such as print or committed walker slots) may not be refundable. We will always try to be fair and tell you clearly what, if anything, is chargeable.

Frequent Flyer Club

The Frequent Flyer Club is a membership that provides four full-package campaigns a year (one per quarter), together with the benefits described on the Club page. Membership is paid monthly in advance by Direct Debit, collected through GoCardless, and new members join at the next available quarterly drop cycle.

Membership has a minimum term of 12 months from your start date. After the minimum term it continues on a monthly basis until cancelled, and you may cancel by giving three months’ written notice. Monthly payments remain due for the minimum term and any notice period. If a Direct Debit payment fails, we may suspend campaigns until your account is up to date.

Your payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, and you can cancel a Direct Debit at any time through your bank or GoCardless. Cancelling the Direct Debit does not by itself end your membership during the minimum term or notice period, and any amounts still due remain payable.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with a campaign is limited to the price paid for that campaign, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or anticipated savings. These terms do not affect the statutory rights of a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
